2-ingredient Guilt-free Ice-cream

(2 servings, vegan, gluten and dairy free, 5 minutes to prepare). It is so good to get what you want when you want it. The summer is almost here. I dreamed of ice-cream: healthy and tasty. 2 frozen peeled bananas, 1 cup of fresh washed strawberries (organic are better) and 4 strawberries for the toppings. Put strawberries in the blender, add bananas cut in chunks, pulse a few times and blend briefly. Serve immediately. Add pistachios and chopped strawberries on top.

This ice-cream is a good appetizer. According to Ayurveda, fruit is better to eat before a meal. It will keep digestion running well without gas and flatulence.
