Baby, It Is Cold Outside... Let's Make A Pumpkin Smoothie

Welcome cold weather with a warm smoothie! "Detox, eat fresh (raw) fruit and vegetables, drink smoothies and be well", is written all over Internet. This is not an axiom that is good for any life and any time. We need to consider the "weather" inside and outside of us. Raw cold smoothies may not help you to feel great in winter. Try this pumpkin smoothie instead. 1 apple, 1 carrot, A piece of pumpkin, 1 yellow zucchini, 2 Tbsp of sunflower seeds soaked, 2 Tbsp of flax seeds soaked, 1 Tbsp of dried coconut, 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger as the major ingredients), ΒΌ tsp of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, 2 soaked dates (no seed), a pinch of salt, 1 1/2 cups of very hot tea, a pinch of salt.

Blend and enjoy with the song "Baby, it is cold outside". Lots of yellow colors! It feels like drinking sunshine.
